Pretty impressive, havent played anything like it!
Looks like a platformer but plays more like a boardgame. Feels like the wacky metaphors are kinda unnecessary, the abstractions are all over the place. But the two-handed control scheme makes it quite involving. Anyway, really cool game!

Beautiful.

A minor request maybe: make the texts a tad easier to skip through. There seem to be some mandatory wait times, like the rollout of the text or something. It's subtle but maybe just a smidge smoother if you make that skippable too.

Anyway, great stuff

Nice one!
So many convenience features, it feels more like a tool at times!
Not sure what side i'm on, do i want to get rid of mice or do i want to make them happy with golden trinkets?

Way too short!
But at least ending with a bang ..!

JK, nice one, keep it up!

Holy cow, the amount of juice is off the charts! Love the animation and fidelity.
For my liking you could start off a bit slower, entice me with some easy victories before layering all the enemy types on me.
Anyway, love it!

Thanks you so much!!!! That's indeed a great criticism, the difficulty curve is a bit flat at the start!! And maybe it even gets easier over time, i think? Depends on how you use the upgrades. Anyways, thanks a lot for playing, facecrime!! (:

This is pretty swell! I like the mechanics and how you wove an atmospheric narrative around it. Also how economical the whole thing is put together in terms of grafics and gameplay. I wish the objective tracker would also reflect the intermediate goals of where to go and who to talk to.
Anyway, keep it up!

Wow, really good! Love the riff on the gameboy visuals. Cool how you extended the mario mechanics with additional mechanics too.
Bit odd how the goombas seem do a stop motion thing, but nothing else in the game does.
Gonna come back later to give it another spin.

Lambtaco responds:

Everything in the game does that low framerate thing to some extent. It's to emulate the feeling of playing an old LCD handheld game like the old Game & Watches.

Slick as usual!
I do hate when timing base puzzles dont reset on death ..
Next game in 60 hours then? ;)

Upsettingly difficult, was gonna throw out my device, but my desktop was stronger ...

Fun project!

Ah, I can finally see what all the hype is about ^^
