Cool mechanic, feels quite polished!
It starts off way too hard tho. Let me have some successes early on to get me hooked!
First thing I achieve I lose again immediately and every challenge after that slaps me back to start as well. Frustrating.
Polish this up with some more considerate level design, its super slick!

X/Z controls dont translate well to non-english keyboards, makes for terrible button layout.
attack feedback feels good, but having only (didnt get far) spongey enemies makes for a dull combat experience.

sorry, but that momentum and zero aircontrol frustrates me too much. second room with those many jumps, gauging the shot distance, then also momentum ...

Absolute visual overkill for the amount of gameplay. And I love it!

I hope you're open for some constructive feedback, cos i can see that a lot of work has gone into this.
- I feel like you need juicier movement - think of acceleration and inertia - and shooting. The muzzle flash of that base gun is confusing, the projectile is irritatingly slow, lacks punch. sound is one major reason for that. is it intentional that i have a lot of guns on number keys from the start?
- the level structure is an interesting touch, but map layouts have dead ends that make you (slowly) backtrack tediously. left-over enemies are not pointed out, i have no idea what to do and where to go at times.
but all that stuff can be fixed. keep it up, appreciate how you're going for something of your own here and kudos for what you achieved up to here.

Good game, well executed! Could just use a slower start. Takes a number of runs to get into it, then I suddenly made a big leap. Polish that gem up!

Nice graphics, cool concept, fun vibe!
O believe it could benefit from doubling down on satisfying feedback, be it in animation or particle effects! But quite enjoyable already, good job!
